Each performance is limited to 14 people. If you would like to book more than 14 tickets please make a group enquiry, details below. 

We strongly recommend advance booking to avoid disappointment. Tickets may be available to buy at the venue on the day but this is a popular show and performances often sell out in advance.

Yes, a performance timeslot will be allocated upon arrival which may be up to 30 minutes after the time stated on the tickets. Please allow enough time and flexibility for this process.

Yes. Performances take place in small groups of up to 14 people, so you'll be part of a group taking part together.

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers on the LW Theatres website. The LW Theatres gift voucher can be used as part or full payment to buy tickets online.

Redeeming your voucher is super easy. At the checkout on the  LW Tickets website, simply enter the unique code on your gift voucher, and the amount will be deducted from your order total.

Tickets can be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the event. A £3 per ticket exchange fee will apply. 

If you have booked directly with LW Theatres and would like to exchange your tickets, please call us on 020 3925 2998. Their phone lines are open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5.30pm. Alternatively or outside of these hours, email customer.relations@lwtheatres.co.uk. If you booked via an alternative source, please contact your point of purchase.

Tickets cannot be cancelled but if you purchased tickets through LW Tickets and can’t attend one of our shows, find out what you can do here.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Customers with access requirements who require continuous support throughout their visit in order to be able to attend, may obtain a Personal Assistant ticket at no additional cost when purchasing a full priced ticket.

We do ask for proof of eligibility to specifically support this and will accept the following documentation:

  • Front page of PIP Daily Living Component
  • Front page of DLA High or Middle Rate Care Component
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
  • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • CredAbility’s Access Card - +1 category required

No, your E-Tickets were sent immediately after completing your booking.

Official tickets for Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience can only be purchased on the  LW Tickets website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

To redeem your voucher, please email support@layeredreality.com with your voucher details and your preferred date and time of attendance.
