Terms and Conditions of Entry
"Heart-Warming Survival Photos" (hereafter referred to as "The Giveaway") is a promotional activity run by Layered Reality™. The competition is open to all people aged 18 and over.
Entrants into The Giveaway shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
The Giveaway entry period starts on 1st December at 6:00pm GMT and closes on 11th December 6:00pm GMT. The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook Direct Message no later than 15th December, 6:00pm.
If the winner does not respond within 24hrs, Layered Reality™ will consider the entry void and choose a new winner from the entrants.
Entry Methods
To qualify for entry you must:
Follow @TheWarOfTheWorldsImmersive on Instagram or Facebook, depending on the platform you have entered on
Like the post on Instagram or Facebook, or another post related to The Giveaway such as the reminder post.
Submit a photo or video to us via one of the submission methods described below.
You must fulfil all of these requirements before the end of the giveaway entry period, detailed below. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
Submission Methods
There are various ways to submit your photo or video for the competition
Post a public photo or video on Instagram and use the hashtag #WeSurvived in the caption. This will enable us to find your photo or video. Please ensure you are not a private account.
Respond to an interactive sticker that is present on one of our Stories, and share a photo or video.
Direct Message us with the photo or video you wish to submit.
The Prize
There will be one winner chosen at random by electronic means, and they will be entitled to redeem:
2x VIP Tickets to Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience on a date as agreed by both the Winner and Layered Reality™. Tickets are subject to availability and Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
General Terms
Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The winning draw will take place on 12th December 2023.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to The Giveaway and the winner shall participate in such activity on Layered Reality™ reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Layered Reality™ and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the The Giveaway for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium and across advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the The Giveaway, all entrants consent to the same.
Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering The Giveaway or accepting the prize.
Layered Reality™ reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Layered Reality™ in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Layered Reality™ shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to The Giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
