PLAN YOUR VISIT

So you’re thinking about coming to the experience, now what? Here's everything you need to know to get the most out of your day.

Before You Book

  • You’ll need to prebook your tickets before you arrive, this can be done on our site by simply selecting a date and time slot.
  • Our pricing works much like an airline so as slots start to fill up the price will start to increase. We always suggest booking as soon as you can to avoid missing out.
  • You don't need to worry about printing your tickets (but you can if you want). When you arrive our wonderful team can scan the code from your confirmation email...all you need to do is show them your phone.
  • Check out our COVID-19 page to see our flexible exchange policy so you can book with confidence.

Getting here

We are very lucky to be serviced by many different transport options: including buses, underground and overground trains.

  • To enter the venue you will need to walk through our very own Steampunk themed restaurant and bar, so keep your eyes peeled for the smoke coming from the Martians...have a sneak peek here so you know what to look out for.
  • The nearest Underground station is Aldgate, less than a five-minute walk, or Tower Hill, Bank and Liverpool Street are all less than a ten-minute walk away.
  • The Overground station London Fenchurch Street is also only a 5 minute walk.
  • The Number 25 bus stops directly outside the experience as well (Stop W/X – St Katherine’s Cree).
  • Or simply put EC3A 2BJ  into your phone's map and see which way it suggests, there might be a shortcut that even the Martians don't know about.

When You Arrive

  • Make sure you arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to your selected start time to get yourself checked in.
  • There are FREE lockers available on site to store your belongings.
  • We remain a cashless site so please make sure you bring your card along with you to make any purchases.
  • We have made some changes in line with governement guidelines, please check out the COVID-19 page to learn more.

So you just need to remember these and we’ll look after the rest…
