Don’t worry, it’s a fun experience and most people don’t find it too scary. There are some surprises, shocks, and moments of suspense but it’s not too scary overall.

The recommended minimum age is 10yrs. Please note that some scenes are very dark with loud noises, which some children may not enjoy. Please arrive at least 30 mins before the start time on your tickets (or earlier to enjoy a drink in our steampunk themed bar). This will give you plenty of time to get checked-in, sign the waivers, and store your belongings in a locker (these are free to use). Unfortunately, we are unable to admit latecomers.
