• Layered Reality™ accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. * The closing date of the “The Giveaway” is 5pm Friday 28 November 2025.

Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• The winner will be selected via random computer process.
• The winner will be notified directly by email on Monday 1 December 2025. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours they forfeit the prize and we will choose another winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Layered Reality™ retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• The winner must redeem the prize before 31/01/2026. 2 VIP tickets for Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience, 2 X tickets to Phantom Peak's Wintermas Season with drinks included, and 2 nights stay in a Bridge View Room at The Tower Hotel by Thistle must be taken on the same weekend. Dates are subject to availability.
• This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
• The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to “The Giveaway” and the winner shall participate in such activity on Layered Reality™ reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Layered Reality™ and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of “The Giveaway" for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium and across advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering “The Giveaway”, all entrants consent to the same.
