Our promise

If you identify as disabled and can’t attend a show without the support of a carer, we’ll give you a Carer Ticket free of charge to make it easier for you to see a show. There is no need to contact us in advance with your request – during the booking process, when asked if you need a Carer Ticket, just click ‘yes’ and that will become part of your order.

Accessibility

This experience includes multiple effects which may include total darkness, uneven surfaces, air blasts, strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, latex, sudden loud noises, live actors, fog, scent and temperature changes. There is also a slide, motion simulators and tight spaces, which will require guests to bend down whilst walking or crawling. This combination of effects is designed to immerse guests into the experience and is intended to be impactful. Some participants may suffer from a loss of balance, headaches, musculoskeletal pain, dizziness, problems caused by jets of air, fog effects or scents, and in some cases, epilepsy-like symptoms, during or after the experience.

 This experience may not suitable for:

  • Guests under the age of 10.
  • Guests who are elderly.
  • Guests who are pregnant.
  • Guests with disabilities.
  • Guests who suffer from high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy or back/neck conditions.
  • Guests who are blind or visually impaired.
  • Guests with mobility issues.
  • Guests who are wheelchair users.
  • Guests prone to motion sickness.
  • Guests who are of a nervous disposition.
  • Guests suffering from breathing or respiratory problems, such as allergies.
  • Guests with any type of medical condition affecting the senses of smell, vision, or hearing.
  • Guests with sensitivities to scent, loud noises, or flashing lights.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you normally wear glasses it is recommended your wear them for this experience or use contact lenses. The VR headsets are fully adjustable to accommodate glasses. If you wear hearing aids, please let our team know and they will assist you with positioning the VR headsets.

Carer Tickets

 If you redeem a Carer Ticket you will need to provide one piece of documentation with evidence of your disability to a member of our team upon arrival at the venue. We accept the following suitable forms of documentation:

  • A Blue Badge, PIP letter or DLA letter.
  • Carers Allowance or War Pensions Mobility allowance letter.
  • A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol.
  • A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker.
  • Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate).
  • Deaf or hard of hearing registration letter.
  • International Proof of Disability (ISA - international symbol of access).
